Chapter 6
Nicki, Sb, and Rihanna left the studio headed back to the hotel in the car with Rihanna sitting in between Nicki and Sb. Rihanna turns to Sb and says
“Hey handsome wat cha doin later tonight?” Sb turns to Rihanna
“I don’t have any plans at least I don’t think”
He reaches behind Rihanna and taps Nicki’s shoulder
“Yo Nic we got any plans tonight
She turns to him “Safaree after we finish this last run then were done for the night.
“Why what’s up?” “Nothin just wanted to know the rest of our schedule” Sb says.
“Rihanna no plans tonight” he says to her smiling. She bites her lip and whispers in his ear
“Well I don’t have any plans and, you don’t have any plans so let’s make some”
“Iight I’m down what do you have in mind?”
“I’m not sure let’s go out though and have some fun”
He looks at Nicki “Nic you good when we get back, or do you need me for anything?”
The question he always asks before their day was complete. “Safaree I’m fine”
She gives them both the side eye while trying to keep a smile on her face.
“Good it’s going down, tonight. Hey Nic you wanna join us tonight?” Nicki turns her body to face them both “ Listen guys I wanna go but I’m kinda tried so I think I’ll watch a movie and get some sleep but next time for sure I’m down!” “Ok Nic if you’re sure” Sb said watching her facial expression as she answered. “Rihanna let’s grab some food and hit the clubs”.
He eyes lit up as soon as he mentioned that she loved the idea and Nicki sitting with her arms folded thought about how much fun it sounded and how she really wanted to join them but was just too tired. They finally arrived back to the hotel walking Rihanna to her room and kissing her cheek Sb
“I’ll see you in an hour” he rushes back to the elevator that Nicki held open for him. In the elevator Nicki began
“Faree I know that you like her but I don’t want you to get your hopes up ok” “Nic I appreciate you looking out for me but I think this could really work out” she looks at him sincerely with a deep sigh she lets out
“Safaree I love you and I just don’t want to see you hurt” he turns to her hugs her and kisses her cheek.
They make their way to their room and he pulls out his clothes and takes a shower. As the hot water ran down his face he thought about what Nicki said in the elevator. He figured it was nothing but he would have a talk with her tomorrow. After his shower he got dressed and all iced up as usual and made his way to Nicki’s room.
“Nic I’m bout to leave is there anything I can do for u before I go?”
Laying on her bed in one of his big t-shirts and sweats he sees her and sits next to her
“Nic I’ll be back later I’m going with Ri now ok”
She turns to him, “Ok Faree have fun but not too much and please don’t stay out to late”
He hugs her leaves her with a kiss on her cheek and leaves. Knock Knock, Knock she opens the door in a stunning short fitted red dress with black pumps on and her hair looking freshly done. She lets him in
“You ready sexy?”
“Almost just have to grab my purse” as she winks at him.
He sticks his arm out signaling her to grab it and she grabs his arm. They walk out of her hotel room and to the car; he opens the door and closes it for her. Once she’s in he walks over and gets in the car.
“You’re such a gentleman” she says.
“It’s my job to be”
They drive off into the beautiful city. Luminaries the sign reads, as they pull into the drive way in Beverly Hills.
“I made a reservation for us” Sb says as he watches her smile light up in the moonlight. It was something about her smile that he just loved. He opened her car door and they walked inside
“Hello welcome to luminaries. Table for two?” said the person at the stand.
“Actually we have a reservation for two under Mr. Samuels” Sb says.
They walk over to their table noticing the beautiful ambience and peaceful atmosphere, the hugs chandlers’, candle set in the center of each table, very intimate and romantic. It’s quiet with very few people, this was a good thing. He pulled out her chair then sat down after she did. They talked until the waitress came over.
“Hello, my name is Julia and I’ll be your waitress tonight. May I start you off with something to drink?”
“I’ll have a glass of your finest wine” Rihanna says.
“And I’ll have what she’s having” he said smiling.
“Ok I’ll be right back with those drinks, oh by the way you two are cute together” Julia sais before she walked off to get the drinks.
“Ri” he said looking at the menu.
“What are you thinking of having?”
“Umm... I think I’ll have the lobster, steak, and baked potato how about you?”
His eyes widened while she told him what she wanted, he loved a girl with an appetite.
“Ri that’s what I want too” he says just as Julia brought the drinks.
“Are you ready to order?” she asks.
“Yes” looking at her getting the ok to order for them both he says
“We will have the lobster, with a steak, and baked potatoes”
After they ordered Sb turned to face her
“So tell me about yourself?” he asks. “I wanna get to know you”
As she talked he responded and she asked questions.
“I like getting to know you, you’re a really beautiful woman” thank you she said blushing.
“I like getting to know you too” she replied.
Soon Julia was back with their food. “It looks amazing” she said, Sb nodding his head agreeing with her. They ate, laughed, talked, and had a good time.
“Anything else for you guys, Desert Maybe?” Julia asks.
“Yes I’ll have the pie” Rihanna says.
“I’ll have the chocolate cake” Sb says.
Julia was back with their desert quickly they both looked good, after a couple bites of her pie Rihanna wanted to try some of his cake. He noticed and put a piece on his fork and fed it to her. Licking her lips in complete chocolate bliss she said, “this pie is really good too try some?”
She put some on her fork and fed him but some got on her finger just as she was about to use her napkin he grabs her finger and puts it in his mouth. She bit her lip as he leaned over to kiss her, after they finished their desert Sb paid and they left to the car.
