Baby I'm Back

*I'm sorry i took forever and a day to post my loves, i hope u enjoy where Nicki and Sb will be headed, in their relationship* 

Chapter 30

    Safaree is finally ready to return home after extended stay at the 

hospital. The nurses are sad to see him go but happy that he is well 

once again. As he finished checking out, and is wheeled to the 

entrance, Nicki is in the car excited and ready to drive him back 

home, to their home and finally get some alone time with her baby. 

                                    *Nicki’s thoughts*

Thank you God for bringing my baby back to me, I don’t know 

what I would have done without him. I do not think he knows how 

important he really is to me. But I can’t help but wonder just what 

was so important that he couldn’t pay attention and crashed. I’ll 

wait a little longer before I bring it up…

Nicki puts the car in park as she see’s Safaree being rolled out. She 

jumps out “I’ll take it from here thank you nurse” she says.

          “You’re most welcome, and please be safe” the nurse says.

      “Ok we will, thanks’ again Mindy” Nicki says looking at her 

name tag.

   Nicki helps Safaree out of the wheelchair and hugs him tight. Sb 

gets his balance and looks Nicki in her eyes, gently takes her face 

and embraces her with a long, passionate kiss. Nicki makes sure 

Safaree and his messed up leg are secure….

     “I’m so happy that you are home baby I REALLY missed you. I 

was going crazy sitting in that hospital room all day but it was 

useless to do anything else because you were all that I could think 

about. I love you so much and I just could not live without you” 

Nicki says.

            “Awww... Baby I’m sorry and I’ll try my absolute best 

never to do anything like that again” Safaree says.

As Nicki unpacked Safaree’s things, she was happy to wash away 

the past. Nicki finished her daily chores and made Safaree some 

curry chicken with rice and veggies, they loved to eat that together 

while watching TV and cuddling. That Nicki definitely missed. 

After dinner, Safaree made countless calls to his family and dear 

friends making sure they knew he was alright and that he would 

come visit very soon...He even called Maia, who was beyond 

worried.

*the phone rings*...

“Hello?”...

“Hello?”…

“Hey Maia, it’s me SB” Safaree says.

“Oh my God, I’m so happy I got the chance to hear from you” 

Maia says.

“I’m sorry for the scare honey, but I gotta stay 100, things happen 

that’s why being careful is so important. Just know that I love you, 

and Nicki and I will always be here for you” Safaree said.

“I love you to and I just got really scared because the thought of 

losing you was horrible especially since I just met you, I don’t want 

anything to happen to you ever!” Maia said.

“I know Maia, I never want anything to happen to you either or 

Nicki, and I want to come by tomorrow so we can get a chance to 

catch up and of course u have to sign my cast” Safaree said.

Safaree finished up talking to Maia and just needed a minute to 

gather his thoughts...

*Safaree’s thoughts*…

“Man I can’t believe that I just looked down for a few seconds and 

I got into an accident because of some idiot. WTF BRO. I’m just 

grateful that I came out of it alive and able to see a new day” 

Safaree said.

Nicki was in the bed when Safaree went back into the bedroom. 

She was wearing Pink sweatpants with all the matching accessories 

from VS (Victoria secret), sitting in the bed bundled watching 

something on TV. . Safaree thought about how much he missed 

seeing her and about how much he missed watching her, especially 

with all her natural beauty. He took off his shirt, climbed into bed 

and rested his leg. He whispered in her ear "Baby i'm back, and i 

promise to never be away again" as he snuggled to the best of his 

ability with the love of his life as they lay watching TV together, 

gently falling asleep…
