Camping Trip Part 2

Chapter 25
      Nicki grabs a blanket and Maia sets in her lap. Safaree grabs the flashlight and makes it flicker. Safaree clears his throat and beginnings… On a cold winter night, deep in the darkest part of the forest there was this family that decided to go camping.  For the past two nights they had been hearing strange noises at around midnight. One day the youngest son Jacob woke up to go pee and he saw something wife by him but wasn’t sure what he thought. He went to wake his parents and tell them, but they figured he was just having a bad dream and put him back to sleep, with his brothers. Until on the way back to their tent the parents now saw this things move swiftly past them but decided not to tell the boys. Late the next night, they were all up playing cards, laughing and having fun. Suddenly the winds started whipping and the leaves started falling and out of nowhere this horse comes running towards them with a body but nooooooooo head.. (When safaree said this he cut off the flashlight and it was complete darkness because during the story the fire had almost burned down completely. And Nicki lightly whispered boo in Maia’s ear and she screamed). The family all screamed and ran as fast as they could to their car, leaving their stuff to come back in the morning. The End. Safaree says.

By this time Maia was clenching to Nicki like a newborn baby and they thought it was so cute.   Nicki cuddles Maia and whispers

         “We’re going to be right outside talking ok,” Safaree tells Maia.

         “Ok, goodnight guys” Maia says.

         “Goodnight” Nicki and Safaree say in unison.

Sitting on the blanket by the fire Safaree wraps Nicki in his arms while she lies in his arms, while they both look up at the stars. Looking awake from the stars and into his eyes Nicki pulls him into her and they passionately kiss. They hear a faint snore and smile, knowing that Maia is fast to sleep now.

Camping Trip Part 1

Chapter 24

      Saturday Morning Safaree woke up extra early, very excited.  The sun was still sleeping, right along with Nicki.  Safaree was fine with this because he didn’t want to wake Nicki until right before her time to get ready. He rolled over and looked at his clock, it said 3:30. Nicki and Safaree had packed and gotten ready the night before so all they had to do was put on clothes and go get Maia, so Safaree decided to let Nicki sleep another 30 minutes.

      Running around the house doing all the last minute thing Safaree decided to put on some coffee because it would be a long drive.  30 Minutes later he woke Nicki who was not wanting to wake up but remembered the special weekend and got up to relieve herself and wash her hands, brush her teeth, wash her face and walk down stairs where she heard Safaree zipping around the house doing things.

          “Baby” Nicki said with a sleepy yawn.

“Oh hey baby are you ready for this weekend?” Safaree says walking over putting his arms around her waist.

    She wraps her arms around his neck and gazes into his eyes and they lock lips and share in a passionate kiss.  After their kiss he pulls her into his embrace and holds her, just for a few minutes. They break their hug and continue getting ready. After another 45 minutes of being around the house they get dressed. Both are in some simple sweats and a t-shirt. Then they loaded the car and left to get Maia.

   Arriving at Maia’s house they didn’t want to wake her mother because she had barley gotten in from work a few hours before.  But little did they know Maia had gotten up a little after Nicki did, and was ready ever since. She had discussed everything with her mother the night before, even down to leaving in the morning. Maia was ready and sitting in the living room with her bags in hand waiting for them to pull up. A few minutes later she saw headlights in front of her house and jumped in excitement. Safaree walked up to her door and just as about to knock when he saw Maia open the door. She jumped into his arms and hugged him.

“Hey Maia, I see you’re ready this morning” he said as she smiled now with sleep coming back into her eyes.

“Yup, I am and I can’t wait” Maia said with a small yawn.

    He carried Maia to the car where Nicki was sitting her tea and she helped him gently place Maia in the back seat. He went back into the house for her bags and locked the door behind him, with the key that was sitting next to the bags. Soon after they were in the car both Nicki and Maia were fast asleep.

    Arriving at the campsite 2 hours later he gently nudges them awake.  Nicki’s eyes flutter softly and Maia yawns quietly.

“Hey baby were already here, what time is it?” Nicki says stretching.

“Yeah isn’t it great, It’s a little after 7 baby” Safaree says.

“Oh wow I can’t believe we slept the whole time” Nicki say looking at Maia, then back at Safaree smiling.

     After a few minutes of settling themselves they all got out of the car, grabbed their bags and began their hike up the campsite to find the perfect spot to set up camp. After about 30 minutes hike they came across the perfect spot to set up camp. The trees were the deepest brown, with the lightest green leaves of all shapes and sizes. There was a flowing stream with the most exotic flowers growing out of the water next to a long flowing waterfall. It was the perfect spot Safaree thought it was the perfect spot, especially after he saw Nicki’s eyes light up at the sight of the waterfall. He decided it was time to set up camp because it was already starting to get hot and if they wanted to start enjoying their weekend, camp needed to be set up first. He turned and caught a glimpse of Nicki helping Maia unpack, as Nicki turned and smiled at Safaree.

Staring into her eyes looking of two big hazel gems safaree got lost in her beauty. With the lick of her lips and the sway of her hips, she always cast a spell on him. Somehow even though they were together, every time she came close to him, his heart always fluttered. With her perfect curves, and full lips. One sniff turned any disaster into a simple faded memory.  All he could remember thinking about was how much he loved her and couldn't, nor did he want to spend any time without her, or be apart from her. He glanced over at Nicki helping Maia set up the tent, because they insisted on setting it up themselves, and every time he saw her, his eyes grew with more love for her. Nicki and Maia were chuckling and giggling with laughter and having so much fun that they had forgotten all about the tent. Walking over to them he wrapped his arms around Nicki from the back and took in her scent as he closed his eyes,*Ahhh sweet cherries, God I love the way she smells* he thought...

She slowly turned to him and kissed him gently. Whispering

“Mmm baby I love you and I got a surprise for you later, but right now let’s finish setting up” Nicki says.

“I can’t wait fa that. Iight let’s get this stuff set up so we can make some breakfast and look around” Safaree says.

“Yay!” Maia interjects.

Everyone laughs.

With Safaree’s help they set up camp and within the hour their tent is up, chairs are set around a nice pit filled with wood waiting to be burned, with spare wood in a corner on the side. Their sleeping bags are unrolled and their blankets are ready inside them’ of course Safaree and Nicki’s sleeping bag is joined together. ;)

          “Ok I’m ready” Maia says.

          “Me too” Nicki says.

“iight coons let’s be out” Safaree says.

Safaree take Nicki and Maia’s hands and together they walk into the forest with their water, compast, map, and bug repellent.

“baby this place is so beautiful, but let’s not go off to far k” Nicki says.

“Yeah it really is nice out here, and yeah we bet not cuz a coon can’t survive in the woods for more than a few days” Safaree says.

Looking at flowers and pretty plants, playing hide and seek, and sitting on tree limbs close to the ground, the three of them had a great time until they realized that the sun was beginning to set and it was now time to go back to their campsite.

“Ok what’s for dinner?” Safaree says.

“Well baby we have ummm… beans and chicken, but tomorrow why don’t we go fishing?” Nicki says.

“Yeah Safaree please let’s fish tomorrow” Maia says.

“Ok that sounds fun, Yo Nic I bet I catch more fish then you” Safaree says laughing.

Nicki rolls her eyes and says “Whatever we will see”.

As Nicki prepares dinner they share stories of what they saw today and how much fun they had, along with not being able to wait till tomorrow to go fishing.

“Dinner’s ready guys” Nicki says.

As she fixes the plates Safaree puts more wood in the fire and they sit around it enjoying their meal.

“Safaree tell us a scary story please” Maia asks.

“You sure?” He asks.

“Yes please” Maia says.

It's Camping Time

Chapter 23

A week later..

   *ring ring ring* the phone rings..

  "hello" Safaree says.

   "hey" Maia says.

  "what's up?" safaree says.

   "nothing much just coming from school" Maia says.

   "how was school today?" Safaree says.

   "it was...fun" Maia says. Smiling through the phone.

  "today we learned how to add & subtract, and at lunch I played with Corey" Maia says.

   "Well I'm glad you learned something & who's Corey?" Safaree asks.

  "yup and he's my friend" Maia says.

  "iight I see well as long as he stays that way I don't wanna have ta go BC on Em. Maia

have you ever been camping? Cuz we were thinking, Me & Nic, if you wanna go

 camping this weekend? " Safaree asks.

         Maia's eyes lit up with excitement and she began jumping up and down with joy,

with the phone in her hand.

   "No I never been and I would love to go camping with y'all this weekend" Maia says.

   "great I can't wait I'll bring all the supplies & email you a list of the things you need to

 bring* safaree says.

(it's 2011 people smart kids know how to use the computer, especially email and Maia is very smart!)

 "ok & I'll double check with my mom just to make sure but I'm sure she will say it's ok"

 Maia says.

  "yes I think she will let you" Safaree says.

  "ok well see you soon Maia, keep doing good in school, watch out for Corey, and I'll see

 you bright and early Saturday morning. We will have to leave 5 am if we want to make it

 there without traffic." Safaree says.

  "wow 5 am ok then well I'll be sure to go to sleep early Friday night...Hey safaree..I can't

wait!...thanks. I'll see ya in a couple days. Bye." Maia says.

 "ok great see ya then. And check your email tonight. Bye." Safaree said.

       After hanging up the phone with Maia he was so excited he couldn't wait to go

camping with his two favorite girls but how was he going to break the news to Nicki..

Leaving the couch (where he was laying when he was on the phone with Maia) he decided

 to get it over with and talk Nicki now.

  "Nic, Baby where you at?" Safaree yelled.

          No reply.

  "Nic, Bae!" he yelled again.

          Still no reply.

         Hmm.. He thought. Safaree decided to walk to the bedroom only to find a still

sleepingNicki. He then walked over to his side of the bed and got in besides her, pulled her

close and her instinct immediately went to nuzzle her head into his chest, even though she

was still sleep. He loved to watch her sleeping, she was his angel on earth. He gently

pulled back careful not to wake her, gave her a few pecks on her forehead, then her nose,

and finally her lips. Not knowing so but by the time be had reached his final peck on her

nose he had gently stirred her awake. With the last peck she took his lips with her own and
deepened the kiss with her tongue and he met hers with his as she wrapped her arms

around his neck.

  "well good afternoon to u too" Safaree says while holding the backside of her thigh.

        Chuckling Nicki went in for another kiss and stared into his eyes.

  "I love you Safaree" Nicki says.

 "I love you too Nic, did u get a nice nap?" Safaree says.

  "yes" she says smiling.

  "good cuz I need you well rested cuz I have a surprise for you" Safaree says.

        Nicki's smile grew wider..

   "I love surprises" she says.

  "I know" he says.

  "ok so were taking Maia this weekend.." he says.

  "yeah.." she says.

  "you ready for this..Camping!" Safaree says.

       Her eyes grew bigger then avocado seeds. She wasn't mad at him for just

volunteering he to go (although she should be) because she loved him to much and she just
wanted to make him happy. She was nervous because she never been camping before but

at the same time was kind of excited to go. He could see her neves in her eyes.

   "Baby everythings going to be fine I'm not going to leave your side, I promise" Safaree

says.

  "well Faree you know I never been and I'm kinda nervous but I want to go for you, and

you know what it could be romantic" Nicki says.

   "Yeah baby we can be together under the stars" Safaree says.

  "Awww baby your so sweet" Nicki says.

  "Well a Coon trys" Safaree says.

    Nicki giggles and they continue to kiss and lay in the bed in each others arms watching

Tv for the rest of the evening..
